CNH Industrial is seeking a IT Business Process Analyst that will manage the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) relationship with the business leads, provide business process expertise and guidance, and be a critical guide to the business in defining requirements, design solutions, and document technical requirements. The Analyst will manage the IT activities for small to medium sized projects across team members within our group, across other ICT teams and with 3rd party vendor teams. As a business analyst, obtain a strong understanding of existing processes and diagnose system issues that are encountered. The position will mainly work within the financial services retail loan, lease and revolving accounts receivable system.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and recommend improvements to existing systems and operation methods to provide integration, standardization, and conversion of new systems in line with company and group strategy

  • Work with the business organization to develop detailed functional requirements needed to enhance existing systems or develop/install new applications. This can include vendor software evaluations.

  • Translate business functional requirements to technical requirements, including design of database model and new technical processing flows.

  • Adaption for understanding process flows, challenging incumbent processes for improvements, and developing new ones.

  • Managing small to medium size project through full life cycle, including supporting resource management utilization to ensure projects are completed on time.

  • Review test requirements, plan and execute quality assurance testing to ensure the delivery of error-free products to the client community. As part of testing, perform data analysis to ensure data received/entered aligns with expected values.

  • Analyze and resolve system problems and practices with emphasis on continual improvements. Provide direction to development staff members or contractors in making corrections to programs/processes to ensure continuous system service.

  • Advise on use of system hardware and software; dissemination of technical information; security, restart, recovery, back up and programming, and installation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 5+ years' experience within an IT organization with 1 to 3 years prior project or work experience involving the business unit activities supported by the position, and prior experience with a software implementation.

  • Working knowledge of the system development lifecycle using the waterfall and agile development methodologies.

  • Effective written and oral communication of project statuses, business requirements, Given/When/Then test scenarios, and technical designs.

  • Working knowledge of data structures with ability to run advanced level SQL queries

  • Ability to work in a diverse company and communicate effectively on an international platform.

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift- Engineering Shop Supervisor to join our Product Development team in New Holland. As an Engineering Shop Supervisor, you will provide leadership to employees and support the shop's continuous improvement processes by analyzing challenges and facilitating solutions. Effective communication skills to promote teamwork and drive excellent employee relations is a must. As the Engineering Supervisor you will direct and coordinate the work of a full-time workforce to meet Product Development schedules and achieve safety excellence as well as quality, cost, schedule, and team objectives. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: * Promote and drive a culture of safety and quality excellence within the assigned teams. * Support and utilize lean manufacturing tools and methodology to assist with Margin Improvement initiatives and other strategic business objectives. * Train/develop, coach, and hold accountable assigned team members to resolve work issues and optimize departmental efficiency, effectiveness, and balanced workflow. * Consistently reinforce the Code of Conduct and model appropriate leadership behaviors * Plan and organize individual work assignments, materials and equipment to execute Product Development and Product Validation plans for prototype parts making, builds and reworks.  * Train, develop, and motivate employees to seek out solutions for issues effecting Prototype build efficiency and effectiveness. * Participate on team that manages in house technical training program including monitoring completion, performance, and providing feedback * Measure, analyze and report departmental performance * Create and promote a safe working environment * Drive continuous improvement activities by seeking out new and innovative approaches to address problems and opportunities. * Analyze and utilize quality reports/processes to determine root causes and make necessary corrections to achieve established quality standards. * Requisition supplies/tools, etc. and subcontract work as needed to insure schedule adherence. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications The qualified candidate will have: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or technical discipline OR an Associates' degree in a technical discipline plus three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus five (5) or more years of manufacturing experience The ideal candidate will have: * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated analytical and problem -solving capabilities. * Ability to think independently. * Ability to work overtime as required. * 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. * Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. * General working knowledge of manufacturing techniques.
