IT Business Operations Analyst
As part of this transformation, we are looking for a successful individual to develop and implement a centralized invoice process for the Information Technology department that maximizes OneAmerica's values and strengths in a rapidly evolving business environment. Seeking an individual who has strong accounting skills, specifically in Accounts Payable, and is eager to learn, grow and challenge themselves above and beyond the general AP role. Expectations are high within the department, and we are seeking an individual that has a developing accounting background and pays close attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have a passion to further their knowledge and a desire to improve current processes.
Provide critical thought leadership and expertise for a centralized invoice process
Review and set up vendors
Process IT invoices
Prepares reports to validate transactions
Investigate outstanding invoices and resolve payment
Book monthly accruals
Develop relationship with strategic vendors
Manage a major managed service vendors invoice and budget process
Compile and post monthly IT Metrics
Support and assist with financial analysis within project business cases
Other duties as assigned
Excellent organization and time management skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with specific programs and software
Offer solutions/suggestions to improve current procedures and systems
Provide supervisor, management, and other departments with requested information and assist with special projects, as requested
Chrome River experience a plus
Build relationships with key stakeholders
