The IT Global Payroll & Workforce Management (WFM) Business Analyst will play a key role on our Global Payroll & Workforce Management BRM team. This role will be responsible for helping to identify and craft requirements for IT services and solutions that meet or exceed business needs.
In this role you will use your knowledge and understanding of payroll and workforce management solutions along with superb communication and teamwork to facilitate requirements capturing sessions with key business, IT key partners and system/infrastructure owners to define business, user, functional/non-functional, usability, performance, operational, data recovery, security and internationalization requirements. Additionally, you will work with business partners to document those requirements and transform them into business and functional specifications for Payroll and Kronos WFM.
Lead change requests (CR) process for Payroll and Kronos WFM working with business partners and appropriate delivery team
Collect and evaluate potential solution impact on business process and IT solution for Payroll and Kronos WFM
Provide input into the effectiveness and efficiency of existing SAP Payroll and Kronos WFM
Participate in the evaluation of vendor software solutions targeted for implementation and or integration into existing IT/Business landscape for Payroll and Kronos WFM
Partner with IT delivery and/or 3rd party vendors to build cost estimates for new and improvements to existing IT solutions for Payroll and Kronos WFM
Participate in cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for SAP Payroll and Kronos WFM solutions to aid management in making business decisions
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information and adhere to company security policies for Payroll and Kronos WFM
Run Third Party Security Risk Assessments for new vendor solutions for SAP Payroll and Kronos WFM areas to ensure they are in compliance with PepsiCo security standards
Lead Kronos WFM Global License management process and quarterly reviews across all sectors
Support PepsiCo Alight Security Management Process for NA HR, Payroll and Kronos WFM
5+ years' experience working with one or more of the modules in a Kronos or similar Workforce Management solution including, Time & Labor, Attendance, Scheduling and Activities
4+ years of experience working in a manufacturing company
Demonstrable ability to handle relationships within and outside of organization
Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate with key business and IT partners
Ability to collaborate with IT, vendor and business teams working at remote locations
Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple contending priorities
