We are looking for a Business Analyst who is capable of leading, tracking and monitoring tactical initiatives across diverse business areas. You will also be responsible for analysis of IT Delivery metrics with the intention of ensuring reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits. This BA will work on setting up a metrics package for IT Delivery - you'll be work beside manager and come up with what is the best/most relevant metrics

Key tasks

  • Capture critical information from meetings with various partners and produce useful reports.

  • Craft detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions

  • Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.

  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to multi-functional team members and management.

  • Stay up-to-date on the newest technologies supporting Agile, including RALLY and JIRA to improve metrics and reporting.

  • Evaluate Agile Delivery metrics and critical metrics across Value Streams while uncovering areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with other IT teams in building multi-functional solutions that integrate with other services and modules

  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

  • Update, implement and maintain procedures.

Top 3 Skills that we're looking for:

  • Experience using RALLY or JIRA - would love someone who has a deep understanding of Agile delivery/Agile metrics

  • Someone who is not afraid to facilitate meetings - could be 3 to 25 people in some meetings - not just stakeholder meetings, but managing

  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a BA

Requirements

  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills

  • Understanding of IT Metrics and important metrics reporting

  • The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

  • Business case development
