WORK LOCATION: Chaska, MN

Program Dates: June/July-Late December 2024

Core Purpose:

The I&O Team (Infrastructure & Operations) seeks to strengthen and simplify the stakeholder/IT interface for projects and other key objectives. This may include working with program manager to gather and analyze project and key data to build out dashboards for leadership decision making, build out documentation / process flows for process improvement within I&O; work with ServiceNow project team to gather, analyze, and track requirements from business stakeholders to ensure details documented meet business and IT needs.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with I&O leaders/team and key stakeholders with a focus on gathering and organizing data.

• Foster process improvement opportunities through data analysis and collaboration.

• Track progress and ensure forward momentum on assigned work.

You're a good fit if you have:

• Proficient written and verbal communications skills.

• Preferred knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Desired Major & Graduation Date:

• Bachelors degree in an IT discipline with a graduation date of 2024-2026

A successful candidate will collaborate and focus on building trusted relationships to actively work with various stakeholders to gather details, assess information, and delivery outcomes.
