SUMMARY

The IT Business Analyst position will support our Enterprise Resource Planning System, Warehouse Management System and Ticketing systems by work with end users to investigate, resolve problems, analyze data and gather requirements recommend solutions. There is also project work where the user will participate in gathering requirements, documenting requirements for ingestion by developers, testing the newly developed process, working with end users for user acceptance, promotion and Post Go-Live Support for process improvements, upgrades and implementation of new applications .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate working knowledge of Oracle E1 integration relationships and master data structure required

• Demonstrate working knowledge of JD Edwards or Blue Yonder (Red Prairie) processes, relationships and data structure

• Triage and resolve an incident or problem and respond in timely manner

• Review and prioritize incidents and problems based on business requirements

• Able to find solutions based on previous cases and/or knowledge base

• Take ownership of user incidents/problems, triage, diagnose and fix or work to determine next level of support required.

• Communicate with end user with progress, resolution in a timely manner

• Document issue, process, resolution and correspondence in Incident management system

• Analyze user needs to determine accurate cross functional requirements

• Guide users on troubleshooting their own issues where applicable

• Study and Configure new functionality of existing application offerings

• Participate in setup and rollout of new applications offerings

• Provide cross functional knowledge to support system design

• Create Functional Specifications, and end user documentation to be used as reference or training material

• Create, validate, and maintain end user reports

• Provide good customer service by executing excellent communication skills in relation to service desk services and projects, and by being able to establish the problem needing to be addressed in a timely manner

• Develop test scripts for production change control management

• Facilitate end user training

• Assist in kaizen activities

EXPEREINCE REQUIRED

• 3-6 years of experience troubleshooting IT applications.

• Working knowledge of Blue Yonder/Red Prairie, JD Edwards, or other ERP and WMS systems is preferred.

• Experience and ability Demonstrate working knowledge of Oracle E1 integration relationships and master data structure required.

• Ability to clarify customer expectations and define deliverables.

• Ability to create, validate, and maintain end user reports.

Pay Range: $31.25 to $38.40/hr
