CRI is seeking an experienced IT Auditor with financial institution experience. A minimum of 3 years IT audit experience in the financial (Banking or Insurance) industry is required. The candidate should possess a working knowledge of IT systems and security, be self-motivated and have the ability to meet work schedules in a "work from home" environment.

Ideal candidates should have been directly involved with testing of the FFIEC handbook externally from a financial institution; or, completed risk assessments or other IT audit procedures on an internal audit team. Any SOX experience is also a plus. CISSP, CISA preferred but not required.

Travel for this position is estimated at 30-35%.

TOGETHER WE MAKE THE BIG AMBITIONS OF TOMORROW HAPPEN TODAY Key Responsibilities * Maintain general understanding of client's finished mail kit products. * Possess general understanding of Company's JAAMS system for department's audit input. • Hands-on experience using a job tracking system. * Receive jobs from production areas for inspection. * Understand and follow Quality Assurance (QA) procedures while auditing all client's mail kits. * Understand and perform different tests to ensure the QA standards and requirements meet compliance. * QA Validation for new products. * Follow the card validation once the customer is on site. * Provide feedback to manager/supervisor of any excessive errors discovered. * Provide demonstration of JAAMS system to touring potential/clients. * Make sure workstation is left clean at end of shift - 5S. * Ensure all audited work is forwarded to appropriate area. * Participate in various projects to improve process efficiencies. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor. Required Skills and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent * 6-12 months of quality assurance experience * Demonstrated knowledge of mail packaging machines, shipping methods, UPS, FedEX, DHL, etc. * Possess basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. * Possess strong problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Must be highly organized and able to multi-task. * Must be detail-oriented. * Flexibility to cross-train in other quality areas. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 100% of the shift. * Must be willing to work weekends as needed.
