This IT Associate position is associated with the Full Circle Program (FCP) in the ETS Information Technology division. The goal of the FCP is to create a diverse, talented network of IT professionals. The program will offer these individuals a path of differentiated exposure to various functions within IT in order to develop their technical, business, and leadership capabilities and to provide participants with the opportunity to interact with IT leaders. Under the direction of a supervisor, the IT Associate will engage in meaningful projects to help support IT contributions to achieving the company's strategic goals as well as to impact the value realization of IT through its business solutions.
We are seeking graduates with outstanding academic records of achievement and demonstrated leadership abilities who are adaptable, quick learners, motivated self-starters, perceptive, analytical, inquisitive about the interrelationships and interdependence of various functions within an organization and committed to helping further ETS's mission to advance quality and equity in education.
Experience and Skills
The FCP Experience
The program allows new hires to experience three rotations over an eighteen (18) month period in various technology areas to develop an understanding of ETS's IT systems and processes and the use of technology in the education industry. The IT Associate will be partnered with a mentor who will provide guidance, as well as share their expertise and facilitate introductions to individuals within their professional networks at the company.
Rotations will be aligned with business and IT needs, as well as informed by the participant's development interest and discussions with the supervisor and mentor. Assuming the participant has been successful in his/her rotations, at the end of the 18-month program the IT Associate will be offered a full-time position in IT based on business needs and the participant's interest.
