The IT Asset Management, Senior Analyst is part of a team which manages IT hardware and software assets, their locations, lifecycle, inventory and support. The ideal candidate is one that has a strong technical background that can perform daily asset inventory management functions for the Global TTEC environment including data analysis, reporting and process monitoring for improvement activities. This position will be based at our main office in Englewood, CO and reports to the Director of IT Asset Management.
What you'll be doing:
Manages the hardware and software inventory tracking in the inventory database
Ensures inventory data records are being properly updated through automatic and manual inputs
Routinely evaluates inventory data to detect discrepancies
Coordinates and assists with physical and virtual inventory audits of IT hardware and software
Leads and supports Software license reconciliation and true-up processes
Evaluates, develops, documents, and manages business processes for proper IT hardware and software usage / license inventory management
Evaluates, recommends and assists with implementing new asset management processes & tools
Assists with the safe and secure disposal of assets
Generates IT hardware / software inventory data reports to internal departments as needed
Assists with IT hardware and software procurement
What skills you will bring:
The ideal candidate will have a BS or equivalent and 4 years of experience in the following:
Inventory management of hardware and software assets in a CMDB: ServiceNow experience preferred
Evaluating, developing and documenting business processes
Coordinating and communicating with a variety of teams and stakeholders
Leading / conducting physical inventory audits and reconciling records for IT hardware assets
Using SCCM to extract and analyze hardware and software information
Reconciling software licenses against installed instances to measure and report on software license compliance
Evaluating complex data to identify discrepancies - skilled in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables)
Leading projects to implement process, system, and tool improvements
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills (English) required
