SCOPE OF ROLE
The IT Application Product lead will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration of various systems within our organization. This position focuses on integrating EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions along with other Application Integration solutions. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency. This individual is responsible for aspects of our EDI either with external customers or Intercompany partners including fully understanding the capabilities and limitations of the native solutions, as well as providing module configuration and analysis support. As part of the Integration Center of Excellence, this position will play a key role in future Integration Implementations as well as delivering process improvements to the business. This position will work closely with business subject matter experts as well as others within IT to ensure strong alignment between the business requirements/needs and the application solutions/services. Candidate role is responsible for developing and delivering effective Integration solutions for our business which leverages EDI and Integration industry standard best practices. Experience in EDI Translator tools like OneSource, Open Text etc is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Regal Rexnord Tech landscape and provide EDI solutions to ensure strong alignment between the business requirements/needs and the application solutions/services.
Work closely with multiple Corporate and Business functions to ensure the Integration source designs meet the performance and availability requirements per the Integration Development roadmap
Work with different stakeholders in Onboarding Trading partners for different EDI document processing e.g, 850, 855, 856, 810 etc
Evaluate, design, plan, configure and deliver effective solutions and configuration in the Integration space using EDI and other Integration solutions
Continuously expand knowledge of data, processes, and integration points with all relevant applications within the Organization's Tech landscape
Advocate and adhere to the use of best practices to develop clustered, reliable, scalable, and high performance APIs and integration solutions and deliver a high availability ("always on") experience, Superior performance of IT services and solutions to simplify staff and member experiences
Support value realization initiatives through consistent system utilization, best practice business processes, and standardized controls across business units and geographical areas.
Strong functional, communication and organization skills, with ability to effectively meet deadlines and milestones as well as provide timely updates.
Lead business process and master data redesign ensuring alignment with EDI and Integration best practices.
Develop strong EDI/Integration user community through end user training, support and knowledge sharing to keep solution aligned with the business
Assist team members and customers with problem solving related to software application performance and usage.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience in EDI solutions for ERPs like SAP, Oracle etc.
5+ years of experience implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application integration (EAI) using any Integration tools/technology
Experience in full stack of Middleware Integration Tools, Java or .Net frameworks, C#, Web Servers (IIS, Apache), Caching, SQL, REST/SOAP API, API Management Tool, Node.js, JavaScript, XPath, XSLT, WCF, Micro Services, jQuery, Scripting (WMI, PowerShell), CSS3, HTML5, JSON, OOP, and Web Application Development framework is preferred
Experience in Onboarding Trading partners for EDI to process different EDI standard documents like 850,855,860,856,810 etc.
Any experience with EDI Translator tools like EDI HQ (Onesource) or Open Text is a plus
Ability to solve complex technical problems and design robust, scalable integration solutions. Advanced competency in object-oriented design, data structures, integration design patterns, and complexity analysis
Experience developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing best practice business solutions while meeting multiple deadlines
Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel
Demonstrated proficiency in communicating technical information to non-technical audience
Acute attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced project environment
Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Esker Skills desired but not require
Travel: 25% of time - mostly during project milestones, kaizen or similar events
