BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

This role is responsible for overseeing the SAP Center of Excellence and KubotaLink dealer portal teams to ensure that the Kubota North America IT organization can efficiently support KNA's IT growth in a competitive landscape. As the KNA IT support model expands, additional oversight of applications will be necessary.

The primary objective of this role is to support Kubota's business goals and objectives by leveraging scalable technologies. This includes managing SAP S/4 HANA implementations and handling user requests for incidents, configurations, and enhancement projects across all application technology stacks.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws / regulations and the Company's policies, procedures, and guidelines:

• Manages and mentors SAP and Web Application Managers, Experts, Architects, Analysts and Developers - Always with a business focus.

• Lead and execute the business roadmap for the journey to S/4 HANA.

• Analyze business scenarios and identify opportunities for improvement through automation and/or business process redesign.

• Drive efficiency and agility in the SAP platform by leveraging SAP ERP best practices, while reducing customization and assessing IT trends within and outside the organization.

• Responsible for the forecast, budget and technical roadmap based on alignment with business leadership.

• Provides SAP and Web Application subject matter expertise and be accountable for business requirements gathering, application / configuration requirements specifications, design, configuration, and testing, and ensure solution design meets those business requirements and follows an established SDLC methodology.

• Responsible for the overall integration solutions that aligns the functional and technical designs with business requirements while ensuring quality and business expectations are met.

• Works with SI partners and OCM leads to ensure there are no solution, communication and training gaps in programs.

• Be the overall owner for Parts and Whole Goods technical solutions when Leadership brings up concerns.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology required, Master's degree a plus.

• 15 years of administration experience spanning SAP, Web Applications, information services, systems, and technology, with increasing level of responsibility throughout required.

• SAP experience is a must have requirement.

• At least 5 years direct management/supervisory experience required, preferably in a Sales and Distribution organization heavily weighted towards IT driven projects to improve scalability.

• Experience managing at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, one of which is S/4 HANA.

• Ability to gain and maintain successful working relationships internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
