The Life Science Solutions Application Specialist supports the organization by developing, implementing and supporting IT solutions for LSS employees. Manages mid-sized cross functional projects from an IT perspective.

What you will do:

• Comply with workplace safety procedures.

• Application/Solution Support: Support LSS applications and IT solutions for both local and remote users. Introducing and integrating new technologies. Provide after-hours Application/Solution support on rotation and as needed.

• Solution development: Identify and define business needs, analyze options, make recommendation of best options to meet business needs and implement. Identify and implement IT solutions based on requirements. Configure on-prem and/or Cloud Based Enterprise applications to suit user/business needs.

• Application Customization and Configuration: Use Power Platform and similar software applications to design and develop solutions to support internal business requirements. Develop detailed functional and technical design, and test specifications. Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot application requests.

• Enhance IT skills for current and/or future LSS technology using training materials and methods that would lead to a certification or recognition of accomplishment. Examples of methods would be classroom training, web-based certification courses and other methods approved by IT leadership.

What you will bring:

Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in an enterprise business environment configuring and supporting IT solutions. Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus.

Education:

Associates Degree in computer or technical field required. Bachelor of Science in related field preferred.

Certifications:

Azure, Power Platform certifications a plus.

Computer Systems / Software:

Experience in supporting ERP systems, Field Service applications or CRM systems required. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Application solution administration and implementation, Power Platform, Azure cloud solutions, MS PowerShell. Canvas Apps and development tools preferred.

Compensation:

Total Target Compensation: Range is $47,000-$80,950

Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
