IT Analyst / Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Support prioritizing current and future projects in pipeline.

• Lead all aspects of technical onboarding discovery to include requirements gathering and technical project management.

• Support and lead project management.

• Establish best demonstrated practices through onboarding/integration process.

• Establish a repeatable process when building out a project plan.

• Take on a leadership role in discovery workshops.

• Own coordination of resources and identify key SMEs for projects.

• Lead touchpoints with project team(s) to ensure deliverables are completed within timeframes set for each project.

• Identify, document and drive decision making.

• Proactively identify risks and action items.

IT Analyst (Service)

• Troubleshoot/Implement current & new AS400 processes.

• First line of Level 2 support.

• Data analysis.

• IT Lead for selected Distribution projects in the pipeline. (Examples: New/Existing Customer Onboarding & Changes, EDI, eCommerce.)

• System change management. (Demands assigned to Distribution IT related to Customer Service & Sales)

• User training & support when applicable.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred.

• Prior experience with ServiceNow, IBM iSeries systems (AS400), MS Dynamics or CRM, JDA or Replenishment, a plus.

• Requires ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills anchored in service management mindset.

• Proven work experience in a service-oriented role.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as good interpersonal skills, including team management skills.

• Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.
