What You Will Be Doing

As the IT Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects and initiatives that involve the IT department. You will minimize the impact of impediments to successful completion of work, monitor team performance, and radiate info and metrics to inform stakeholders of progress.


  • Promote and guide team application of Agile/Scrum/Kanban best practices and values

  • Serve as facilitator for IT teams

  • Manage technology projects from inception to closure

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent

  • 2+ years working in Agile software development

  • Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management certification

  • Preferred experience with an Issue Tracking or Ticketing system such as JIRA
