Your mission

We're looking for a new member to join our IT Support team at Ableton. You ensure a smooth workflow for your colleagues by providing hardware and software to fit their needs. Together with the rest of the team you provide expert advice and adapt tools for our diverse environment. With your proactive, transparent and forward-thinking approach, you implement IT solutions and interact with external companies independently. Your open and clear way of communicating and your ability to listen and understand people, help shape and complete Ableton's IT Support team.

Your role

  • You prioritize and solve your colleagues' IT support requests alongside your team

  • You help implement and maintain new technology like basic work equipment (computers), multimedia devices, specific tooling for individual teams (hardware and software)

  • You communicate with other teams across and outside the organization via multiple channels

  • You engage in technical and organizational activities to continuously improve the way we work

Your profile

  • You are curious and willing to learn new things to become proficient in the technologies we use and support

  • You are a team player and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and diverse groups of people from all backgrounds

  • You are a good listener and have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • You are organized and able to stay on top of things

  • You can adapt quickly to unexpected problems and stay confident

  • You are fluent in English

Skills and Experience (desired not required)

  • You have worked in a helpdesk environment and are comfortable with IT ticketing systems

  • You are familiar with troubleshooting a wide range of devices (Mac and Windows) and applications (cloud services and software)

  • You are familiar with tools for deploying and managing computers and software

  • You have knowledge in scripting languages (Powershell, Bash)

  • Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD

  • Microsoft Exchange Online

  • Microsoft Office and GSuite

  • Microsoft Intune

  • Filewave


  • JIRA and Confluence (plus add-ons)

  • Windows-based File and Print Services
