IDEXX is looking to hire an ambitious, enthusiastic and professional Administrative Assistant to provide support to three members of the IT senior leadership team as well as assist with ad hoc support for the department.

What can you expect?
Provide administrative support to the IT team including calendar management, meeting set-up, preparing meeting agendas, determining and shifting priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts, reserving conference rooms, and be responsible for logistics and catering for meetings. Manage IT office space including: ordering & distributing supplies, clean & maintain mobile workstations, update & post seating chart, digital sign content as needed, report safety concerns, order and setup new furniture, and other tasks as needed. Support department wide meetings and special events including catering, technical equipment set up, awards and recognition, etc.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of administrative or office experience in a corporate environment. Associates degree or specialized training beyond high school is highly preferred.
