Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager who goes beyond traditional sales metrics, focusing on empowering our customers to reach their technological goals through strategic solutions, robust security frameworks, and streamlined implementation strategies that translate client vision into tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account growth strategies to consistently exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strategically manage project lifecycles, proactively monitoring critical milestones and ensuring seamless, high-quality customer onboarding experiences that set the foundation for long-term client success.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by improving internal processes
  • Conduct deep account penetration by mapping organizational structures and engaging multiple stakeholders within target accounts
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs and pain points
  • Negotiate complex sales contracts and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, product, and customer success to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, forecast potential revenue, and maintain detailed account documentation
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to understand evolving business needs and alignment opportunities

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Sales, MSP, or related experience
  • 1-3 years of account management experience
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Preferred Skills

  • Industry-specific sales experience (MSP)
  • Advanced presentation and business writing capabilities
  • Strategic account planning expertise
  • Experience with complex B2B sales cycles
