Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to maximize Sage revenue opportunities by augmenting Sage direct and channel opportunities with solutions provided by ISV/Alliance partners. The ISV/Alliances Consultant will be responsible for driving ISV/Alliance sales and investment strategies, along with serving as the ISV/Alliance primary point of contact in three key areas sales operations, growth consulting, and managing Sage (internal/external/executive) relationships. The ISV/Alliances Consultant will report to the Sr. Partner Recruitment Manager and will also assist in ongoing refinement of strategic direction in recruiting and onboarding of new ISV/Alliance partners. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities

  • Business growth consultant providing advice and assistance to ISV partners in maximizing opportunities to accelerate the partner's business and revenue

  • Build and manage the relationship with the partner as a trusted advisor

  • Monitor goals set by ISV partner and Sage to increase partner product revenue productivity and hold each ISV partner accountable

  • Track and communicate key performance metrics such as Product Revenue & pipeline strength, and provide course correction that allows the ISV partner to meet or exceed goals

  • Facilitate long complex sales cycles involving multiple Sage & ISV products and decision makers. Utilize strategic planning to secure appropriate resources (either Sage, ISV or VAR) to best support the opportunity at the optimum point in the sales cycle

  • Collaborate with internal Sage organizations such as direct sales, product marketing and management to help ISVs execute Go To market activities

  • Advise ISV partner on marketing activities and tactics, leveraging industry conferences, Sage collateral and events as necessary

  • Coordinate internal programs on training, bootcamps, and resource-sharing opportunities.

  • Plans for ISV partner hiring needs and skillset management; ensures that partners have the right skills to be successful

Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience working in a channel organization; experience in SaaS models, ISV Programs is highly desirable

  • Business consulting experience with large complex organizations

  • Knowledge of accounting, ERP, and CRM software, preferably Sage product portfolio

  • Exceptional negotiation & presentation skills are a must

  • Well-developed collaboration & sales skills

  • Exceptional business acumen and account planning skills are a must

  • Experience in all aspects of channel relationship management

  • Strong influencing skills to engage cross functional resources across Sage, ISVs, & VARs to achieve goals FunctionSales CountryUnited States Office LocationBeaverton Location Region
