Dovell and Williams, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for an Isuzu Salesman at our new location in Richmond, Virginia. This individual will be organized with the ability to multi-task and possess good customer and communication skills. As the Isuzu Truck Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of Isuzu commercial vehicles within our dealership. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and effectively presenting and selling Isuzu trucks to meet those requirements. This position requires a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial truck market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Isuzu truck models and configurations.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Isuzu trucks.
Sales Process:
Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the customer's requirements.
Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest Isuzu truck models, features, and industry trends.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
4.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred not required).
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial truck industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
A valid driver's license.
