Will you help us enable the design the next generation of revolutionary Apple products?The Client & Collaboration Services team ensures Apple's employees are productive, efficient and secure. As part of the Collaboration Services team, you will bring your best influencing skills to bear and partner with business stakeholders across Apple to deliver the most customer-centric results possible.

You will work with business stakeholders closely to understand and capture their needs as well as success stories for your service. Beyond that, your responsibilities will include assurance of successful end to end service offerings where you will be leading the delivery from requirements and design to usability dashboards. You will work with vendor companies and negotiating prioritization of product bug fixes and enhancements on their roadmap.

You will be responsible for documenting requirements to handover to the dev and partner teams and partner with the training and the communications teams to manage change that you deliver for your service. You will have a contractor team of a PM, QA and tableau and escalation engineers to help you deliver.

Key Qualifications

Experience with product development lifecycle with emphasis on feature analysis and requirements delivery for enterprise level applications and systems, Experience in the complexity of business processesoperations as well as the holistic user experience design needs of collaboration systems

Ability to analyze data to balance risks and benefits

Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation for Business and Technical Requirements Document. Must be able to translate requirements and ideas from non-technical users into functional engineering requirements

Must be goal orientedhighly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment at detailed levels while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels.Effective presentationoraland written business communication skills with various audiences

Ability to quickly respond to changes in business scenariosprojects and resources

Technical acumen for occasional hands-on work as needed including JavaScriptHTML and CSSStrong sense of personal and team accountability. Experience managing contractors to be accountable and deliver reliably.Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau are a plus.

Education

Ensures that the utilization of all material and financial resources is carried out in an effective manner in alignment with AOP to ensure maximum productivity for the area. * Effectively assigns work to subordinate staff, providing for professional development and coaching inluding tailoring individual development plans to NPME business needs and to address capability gaps. * Spearheads research and development of new manufacturing technologies, products and business processes, as appropriate, and ensures that newly created processes, designs, and/or methodologies are incorporated into Applied Materials products, and/or disseminated to other business units and segments as needed. * Ensures that common engineering technology and software packages are utilized for optimization of design development activities and timelines to ensure rapid commercialization.
