Do you have experience with asset management, website, and other business systems? If so, this may be the job for you. The Beats IS&T team is responsible for the technology strategy and delivery of IT systems used to enable the Beats line of business.

The team ensures technology and business strategy remain tightly aligned through cross-functional partnership, knowledge of industry trends, and familiarity with the Apple corporate systems landscape. We work closely with leadership, business partners, software engineers, vendors, information security, and others to deliver systems (people, process, and technology) to meet the demands of a fast-growing organization. You will play a leading role in the delivery and operationalization of systems utilized by Beats, especially Beats Marketing, Sales, and Operations, working closely with the Beats leadership team.

You will work with cross functional teams to deliver solutions to the business and serve as an advocate of the business to internal partners. A blend of business and technical acumen coupled with project management discipline is essential to the success in this role.

Extensive understanding of global corporate business processes and their relationship to technology You understand the software development lifecycle, agile and other meaningful technology project management frameworks Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple opposing priorities Hands-on experience defining and documenting process flows and business requirements Hands-on experience with leading user acceptance testing and change management activities in relation to technology deployments Establishes achievements and meets commitments on deadlines Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to tailor messages and delivery based on the audience (staff to executive) Able to quickly adapt to new technical and functional concepts Hands-on experience leading small, medium, and large scale technology projects

You will define and lead product strategy Serve as the liaison to and for the business Facilitate process and technology discussions across functionally and regionally disparate groups Run the delivery of new systems and extensions of existing systems capabilities Lead and/or participate in the development of functional requirements and technical specifications Collaborate with business partners to identify, vet, and prioritize technology needs and requirements Coordinate development efforts and solution deployment with other IS&T partners, vendors, and contractors Foster close relationships with business and other partners (e.g., information security) to ensure alignment Maintain accurate document of project artifacts (e.g., processes, training materials, requirements) Develop and maintain a working knowledge of trends and standard methodologies within Apple and the industry Evaluate options against a variety of factors and recommend long and short term strategies

BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred 7-10 years related experience PMP or other project management certification a plus

The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager (NPI - OPM) works with team to launch Beats products on time, with outstanding product quality and customer availability. NPI's are pivotal to the fast-paced development and launch of Beats products. A successful OPM is a facilitator, dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Furthermore, this individual is a crucial operations interface to the core product development team and other functional organizations within Apple including engineering, product design, marketing, planning, materials and Global Supply Managers. Overall mission is a successful product launch defined by meeting stated schedule, availability and customer experience goals. Key Qualifications * 5+ years of working experience in manufacturing / operations or engineering related environment. * Experience working with engineering teams and leading OEM communication a plus * Clear, consistent interpersonal skills * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management * Results- and action-oriented * Hardworking and motivated * Organized and detail oriented while leading several work streams * Ability to travel 30-35% of time Description Leading Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps. Work closely with internal and external US and Asia-based teams to manage schedule, capacity, material availability, quality issues, and product updates. Balance component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost. Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams. Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality. Leading all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams. Education & Experience BS degree required. MBA is a plus.
