As an Analyst you will analyze, understand, and document technical requirements and business processes in order to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business area.
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
Work with business and technical resources to gather and document both technical and non-technical requirements
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Communicate with teammates on assigned work
Follow defined processes and procedures
Learn and use technologies as required
Four-year degree with a preferred major in a computer-related field, mathematics, or business; or equivalent experience
Proven analytical skills, requirements elicitation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to establish priorities, organize, and plan work to satisfy established time-frames
Must be self-motivated and take initiative
Project Management experience a plus
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
