Job Summary

Student Worker to assist with clerical duties within the International Scholar Services office. International Scholar Services supports the international faculty, staff, postdocs, lecturers and visiting scholars at Purdue (not the students!).

The student worker would assist in categorizing, flagging, and organizing emails within Outlook, creating subfolders in Outlook and File Explorer, using Word and fillable pdfs to collect information, and entering data into spreadsheets.

Additional Information

This position is available for the duration of this Spring semester but may be renewed for subsequent semesters based on performance. As a student remains with our office and learns our systems, the role has the potential to grow to include more active involvement in supporting our international population through submission and support of their immigration requests.
