  • With our sales model training and tech training you will become an expert in SolarWinds products, platform, and tools. Using our proven tech sales model, you will engage directly with Decision Makers in IT departments in all sized enterprises nationwide.

    You will make warm calls to our customers and sell them on our IT Products through a consultative approach. You will receive inbound warm leads for product evaluation requests, inbound warm leads for customers who have downloaded trial versions of our products, and/or inbound warm leads for current customers who have additional IT product needs. You will partner with Sales Engineering to conduct online web product demonstrations that are both technical and non-technical.

    Provide superior customer service in assisting potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with channel partners, and close sales. Maintain accurate customer records, and activity and pipeline reports within SalesForce. Identify new business opportunities and channel partnership and local market opportunities.


  • 2+ years experience in a sales or phone sales capacity, preferably in the IT Management Software market. Passion for selling and enthusiastic self starter with a "can do" attitude.

    Experience with a high call volume fast paced phone sales environment Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals by phone while maintaining established sales quotas. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively is absolutely a must. Ability to use Microsoft Office/Exchange, and SalesForce.

We are looking for an Associate who is passionate in one of our role(s): Inside Sales Representative The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for selling the company's products and services via telephone. A typical day involves speaking with 20-30 customers and 10+ partners that are considering purchasing VMware products. You will be responding to inbound and outbound calls. The ISR is held accountable to closing sales and placing orders typically generated by national advertising and/or referrals. You will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience via our sales model, while maximizing revenue and margin generation. Associate Systems Engineer (Pre-Sales) The Academy Systems Engineer (SE) will grow to support VMware Sales and VMware Partner representatives and is responsible for finding opportunities within accounts and identifying issues that may affect customer satisfaction or revenue attainment. The role requires an understanding of current server change, configuration, and compliance management, application discovery, provisioning and VMware virtualization and application technologies. Associate Consultant (After Sales Service) The Associate Consultant will work with our highly talented and experienced VMware Professional Services Team to deliver creative solutions to our customers to help unlock the benefits of our VMware products. In this role, you will use your technical, consultative, communication, and leadership skills to support the successful implementation of VMWare software solutions (Cloud, Mobility, Network/Security) in a variety of industry verticals and customer environments. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the client and other team members on the day-to-day tasks involved with the solution delivery, including, but not limited to: planning, customer assessments, system configuration, testing, training, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
