About the Job:

We have a great opportunity in our White Plains, NY office for an IS/IT Search Integration Business Analyst on our DANIS Digital team. As a cross channel digital marketing subject matter expert, you will conduct and present data driving research to support our EDP brands implementing SEO and Paid Digital Marketing opportunities spanning content creation optimization and promotion to improve website performance.

  • This role will recommend enhancements to existing digital and ecommerce plans as well as develop new growth strategies using Google Analytic platform suite; Alerts, Search Console, Ad Keyword planner, Data Studio and Mobile Friendly tests.

  • Enable SEO strategy development and decision making through holistic organic data analytics and development of actionable recommendations across all EDP websites.

  • Analyze current SEO performance to build descriptive and predictive models to optimize ongoing site improvements.

  • Drive customization of user experiences UX and user interfaces UI strategies.

  • Ensure appropriate metrics tracking to measure the performance of sites and campaigns

  • Develops and report success KPI metrics across digital platforms monitoring load time for EDP websites and performance.

  • Work cross functionally with business partners and IT departments to identify and deliver new business driving technical solutions to improve user experience and streamline back end process on our websites.

  • Engagement across multiple department and functions in collaboration with marketing, information technology, HR, and finance.

  • Align customer strategies with our internal business plans

  • Day-to-Day direct contact with internal stakeholders and vendors to socialize the value and impact of our work and translate user feedback and decisions into technical requirements

  • Keep up with industry trends and analyze user research to define appropriate customer/consumer experience on ecommerce and digital channels.

About you:

  • You willpossess threeyears of relevant professional experience working in SEO or related digital marketing role.

  • You will have a BS/BA degree experience in relevant field

  • You will have experience in one of several fields: Ecommerce, Marketplace management or brand manager at a consumer-packaged goods company

  • You will have hands on experience with Google Analytics and Google Optimize and Google Search Console including ads and tag manager

  • You will be proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and website databases

  • You will have prior digital experience including: Social, SEO and SEM.

  • You will have working knowledge of content management systems and customer relations manager applications.

  • You will have prior experience with data analysis, senior level presentations

  • You are self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills

  • You are energetic, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of complex projects.

  • You operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • You are resourceful and solution-oriented.

  • You possess excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills.

  • You have solid project management skills.

  • You have an understanding of agency and production vendor processes.
