Role: iSeries Technical Team Lead (Very Urgent)
Location:
Evansville, IN
Duration: Full time

Technical Skills
iSeries Development Expertise in technologies such as ILE COBOL, ILE CL, C database DB2
Knowledge of iSeries APIs, Data queues, User queues, multi-threading, Journaling and IBM iSeries file systems such as Library based system etc.
Experience with SQL and MQ Series is a plus.
We need IBM I series COBOL developers and not RPG developers. These are two programming languages and we need COBOL developers
Responsibilities
Functional Requirements and perform requirement analysis
Estimate and Monitor
Estimates Work with Business teams to prioritize work
Prepare detailed design documentation Interface between customer and Offshore Team
Reporting and tracking of assignments Fix high priority issues

Job Description: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Work Experiences: * At least two years of relevant work experience required. * In-direct support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and expected sales targets. Other Requirements: * Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions. * Must meet requirements to qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only). Responsibilities: * Acts as lead and provides guidance when needed to team of sales team members and Enthusiasts in Camping, Fishing & Hunting and Team Sports to ensure that exceptional customer service is the priority of every interaction and for execution of operational tasks. * Provide prompt and friendly service to all customers. * Drive sales through exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and store knowledge to connect customers with the right products. * Assists manager with daily planning of operational tasks assigned to the store. * Oversees special or ongoing process improvement projects and initiatives. * Executes plan to ensure team members are compliant with established policies and procedures, and applicable laws. * Assists with departmental zoning by providing support, guidance and overseeing the recovery process. * Actively participates in floor walks with Store Manager, Store Director, District Manager and Regional Vice President. * Process firearm sales in compliance with federal and state law, including properly completing ATF Form 4473 and conducting background checks. * Required to complete Firearms Sales Certification Training. * Required to learn and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules. * Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior. * Duties may change and team members may be required to perform other duties or roles as assigned. Physical Requirements & Attendance * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. * Constantly stand, walk, reach, handle, use repetitive motions (hand/wrist/fingers), feel and lift up to 20 pounds. * Frequently stoop, crouch, use fingers, grasp, push, pull, talk, hear and lift up to 21 to 40 pounds. * Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance and lift 41 to 60 pounds.
