The Enterprise Systems and Services (ESS) Endpoint Support team is responsible for providing a single point of contact support for a wide range of information technology services. UWRF defines endpoint services as campus owned computers and peripherals, software, hardware, television, computer labs, technology enhanced classrooms and access to campus specific information technology resources.
This is a highly responsible professional staff position providing daily delivery of customer focused Division of Technology Services (DoTS) technical support.
This position co-leads a team of student endpoint support staff and is responsible for endpoint operations. The scope of this position encompasses technical support for employees affiliated with the University of WisconsinRiver Falls and University owned computers and peripherals. This position works together with the other Endpoint Support Professional to support of all University owned endpoint devices. This role provides technical leadership and services to our customers with a focus on providing innovative solutions, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a reliable infrastructure that demonstrates value to the students, faculty, staff, and alumni of the university.

VIEW JOBS 9/19/2018 12:00:00 AM 2018-12-18T00:00 Rise Baking Company is growing and adding a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join the Human Resource Team supporting multiple Divisions, including Best Maid Cookie Company, New French Bakery and South Coast Baking locations across 4 states. This position will manage the Company's employee benefit programs and compensation pay to create alignment and compliance across all Divisions. This includes health and welfare benefits, retirement, position management, base and incentive pay programs. This position is based in River Falls, Wisconsin with some availability to travel to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Essential Functions: * Create and monitor new hire benefits orientation process; manage annual benefits enrollment process including annual renewals, contract management, and RFPs; manage and oversee vendor partners * Provide guidance and direction to divisional staff who administer day-to-day aspects of the group life and health plan, retirement savings plan, and compensation programs * Complete salary and benefit surveys, conduct market compensation evaluations, and perform other benefits or compensation-related tasks to ensure the company is externally competitive and internally equitable * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertinent to benefits, leaves, and compensation; assist in the required training of staff on compliance as requested; conduct self-audits as needed * Assist with projects related to the development and implementation of strategy, communications, and process improvement for employee benefits, compensation, wellness, leaves, and other HR initiatives * Manage and provide technical support for performance management and merit review processes at the various divisions * Implement and manage effective benefit technology solutions within ADP HRIS and vendor systems Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or other directly relevant field and/or 4 years of equivalent experience; compensation/benefits certification preferred * 3 years of experience administering welfare/retirement benefits; 3 years of relevant compensation experience performing position evaluations/classifications, analysis, creating/updating job descriptions, and completing salary surveys; 1 year of experience administering leaves of absence * Working knowledge of wage and salary management, performance appraisal, and job description programs * Knowledge of relevant employment laws, including but not limited to ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA * Understanding of Federal and State Wage and Hour Laws, and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) * Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and benefits/HRIS software (ADP preferred) * Multi-state, multi-facility experience preferred * Ability to work independently with minimal direction * Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail, completeness, and accuracy; excellent follow-up/follow-through skills essential * Ability to work with numbers accurately and efficiently * Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; tactful and able to influence others * Flexible, adaptable, and able to deal with emergent issues, multiple projects, and staff simultaneously * Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information * Cultural competency; experience/ability to work and interact effectively with a diverse population New French Bakery River Falls WI
