JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Act as first-line response to user needs

• Responsible for assisting users with general software and hardware questions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactions

• Perform workstation setup procedures

• Responsible for troubleshooting Office 365 issues

• Install software on computers

• Responsible for documentation, including standards, procedures and definitions including metadata

REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires an Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field - Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Two years' related experience preferred

• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.

• Knowledge and/or experience in MS Windows 10, and Office 365

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with staff, elected and appointed officials, and the general public

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal background check

This is a part-time, as-needed position working 20-30 hours per week. (Hours and length of position will vary depending on department needs and funding.)
