About this position:

The IS DevOps Administrator I role is responsible for researching, designing and developing automation methods to support production environment tasks, including RPA, CI/CD Pipelines, System Monitoring and other processes as needed to ensure that the credit union is optimizing time usage and production quality.

What you'll do:

• Research and develop automation methods to support the daily functions, production environments and operations of large-scale products and services.

• Design and develop critical application monitoring systems using network monitoring software to ensure consistent uptime.

• Design and deploy processes and tools supporting agile application development teams leading to continuous integration, test, and deploy methods.

• Assist with basic application integration and troubleshooting of infrastructure for a complex application environment, including management of dependencies on services, platforms, and other applications within an on prem and/or cloud infrastructure.

• Create basic deployment process automation and tooling to implement standards and boundaries in a way that empowers our application development teams to help themselves with their infrastructure and deployment needs.

• Collaborate with teams across a diverse corporation to ensure product uptime and automation is readily available and ensure that other teams have a source for optimization of time management.

• Support mission critical 24x7 systems, working off hours when needed.

• Plan and coordinate system utilization and performs growth analysis and capacity planning.

• Develop best practices, operational procedures and design documentation.

What You'll Bring: You'll like this position if you have...

• Minimum of one to three years of similar or related experience. Infrastructure Administration experience (business systems, servers and networking services) and experience with CI/CD management, software development methodologies, and automation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study.

• Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, RPA Software, Solarwinds, and PagerDuty.

• Experience with script automation tools using one or more of Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python, etc.

• Experience in deploying, managing and maintaining systems in VMware Azure cloud infrastructures.

• Experience supporting IT service delivery in a highly-regulated and audited environment.
