What's The Role?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work with the Production Services leadership team providing personalized administrative support to the Head of Production Services. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Head of Production Services' day to day activities. You will perform a variety of tasks including making travel/meeting arrangements and assisting in daily office needs.
We'll Trust You To:
Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes as requested
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
IS Admin & Planning Analyst->> Under the direction of the IS Senior Analysts, supports small, straightforward projects within the IT group. Provides entry-level support on special projects and assists with implementation of policies, standards, and/or methodologies. Reviews project implementation status against the project plan. Conducts data analysis to assist with strategic management initiatives. Assists in communicating straightforward policies, standards, and methodologies to the technology department. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience is required.
Up to one (0-1) year of experience is required.
Related internship experience is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Exceptional communication skills
