Brief Description

Executive Assistant supporting two Executives with all administrative needs. Responsible for advanced administrative assignments of a confidential nature requiring business or technical vocabulary, knowledge of Company operations, organizational procedures and personnel for senior level management.

Detailed Description

  • Manages and prioritizes schedules and calendars.

  • Provides highly detailed administrative support of a confidential nature.

  • Prioritizes issues which need the attention of senior management team.

  • Proactively plans meeting logistics to include meals, catering, audio/video, etc.

  • Assists with projects/presentations as needed to include research, spreadsheets, some data analysis.

  • Prepares presentation materials.

  • Coordinates complex travel arrangements, including corporate aviation.

  • Assists senior management in their performance of obligations to professional organizations.

  • Reconciles and processes expense reports, invoices, contracts, etc.

  • Handles other professional, administrative duties as requested.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).

  • Typically requires 5 years of administrative experience.

  • Oil and gas experience preferred.

Responsibilities: * Provide executive administrative support to senior leadership as well as senior clients and corporate executives * Coordinate meeting and travel arrangements, schedule appointments and conference calls, screen and handle incoming calls, and take detailed notes and messages * Perform administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, materials and binders for leadership meetings; process time and expense reporting * Maintain and update MS Outlook contacts, process information regarding Partner's professional education requirements and accounting licensing * Preserve follow-up reminders related to action items, due dates and deadlines and provide assistance with projects/recurring tasks, as requested Qualifications: * Ten years of administrative support and office experience in a corporate or professional services environment for C-Suite * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint * Experience with protocols and demeanor of an senior level corporate environment * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; prioritize and function well during deadline situation * Flexible to work overtime KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
