IoT & Services Product Director
Are you a Marketing/Sales leader who is an expert in designing Services & Data Management Solutions for customers by mobilizing an organization?
In this role you'll be
in charge of developing and implementing the Services strategy at Hydro Systems and run Services as a business with yearly revenue and profitability targets. You work closely with the regions and the sales organizations to productize the approach and define the appropriate route to market.
You'll have an opportunity to
enable and accelerate the Services Transformation by driving Hydro's and execution across its 4 Business Units in a phased approach.
You should possess
at least 10 years' success in a Software/Services Sales B2B international company, with a sales/marketing background within a management position, focused on complex integration projects.

Define and implement the strategy around Services & Data Management and set the foundation for succesful deployment
Define the route to market and the offer for Services in strong liaise with the regions and the different BUs
Productize the customer audit approach around the customer pain points
Define and implement the processes, tools and capabilities to support the approach
Drive Services as a business (Revenue & GM targets, drive and monitor execution with the regions)
Define and pursue partnerships & alliances around Financing, Services, Software and Hardware
In the initial phase, look at more opportunities coming from the field in order to maximize the impact of the standard and professional services approaches
Invest, grow and develop the organization thru a performance culture
Education and/or Experience Required
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.
10 years + in business management roles and/or Service management responsibilities with large regional or global scope.
Strong Sales experience (ideally in consultative selling and services) and ability to lead and work within global cross functional teams or projects.
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical skills.
Ability to influence and mobilize the organization to achieve a shared goal.
