Nike Digital Engineering is looking for a iOS Engineer to help build the next generation of Apps for use in our Brick and Mortar Retail stores. As this is an entry level position, we are looking for basic understanding of and experience with iOS and Swift.
Develop and maintain application for mobile devices in stores
Practice of traditional Agile/Scrum methodologies
Emphasis on developing software using a BDD approach
Working with UI/UX designers
CI/CD along with automated testing
DevOps, including on-call rotation
Basic understanding of designing and implementing iOS applications on iPad and/or iPhone with Swift
Ability to comfortably navigate X-Code tools as well as load applications onto mobile device
Experience with build and testing tools
Bachelors' degree Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, with 2 years additional relevant professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree
Additional desired experience:
Knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVVM, Redux or Value as Boundary
TDD or BDD experience
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication
Links to code samples, public Github repositories, or open-source contributions highly desirable
