Invoicing Specialist

N&M Transfer has an exciting opportunity as an Invoicing Specialist at our corporate office in Neenah, WI.

Work hours are Monday- Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.

This position will create customer invoices, perform invoice corrections, provide quotes to customers for transportation services and perform administrative tasks required for each.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills

• General office experience

• Good communication and organization skills

• Data entry speed and accuracy.

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Strong customer service and mathematical skills.

• Transportation industry knowledge, previous logistics or shipping and receiving work experience is a plus.
