In this role, you will

  • Manage a team andfor the team meeting productivity and accuracy requirements.

  • Oversee dailyproduction for Invoice Verification functions.

  • Participate in andpotentially lead client meetings.

  • Communicate with clients verbally and in writing


You possess

  • 2 or more years of leadership experience in emphasizing excellence,decision making, coaching, supervision, quality management, productionmanagement, delegation, fostering teamwork and presentation skills

  • A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention todetail to maintain our quality standards.

  • The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes andprocedures.

  • Assist Manager of Invoice Verification team in the daily operations ofthe department which includes ability to problem-solve and differentiatebetween issues / tasks to be handled at supervisor level or escalated.

  • Ensure the team meets productivity and accuracy requirements byoverseeing monthly quality audits, review and report to Manager and monitor

Invoice Management servicer queues and coordinate staff to ensure timelines aremaintained.

  • Provide training and other supervisory duties as assigned in order tomeet department performance standards and objectives.

  • Participate in and potentially lead client meetings.

  • Communicate with clients verbally and in writing.

  • Provide support and leadership to team members.

  • Lead an initiative on issues and escalate to the department manager asneeded.

  • Supervise, assist and evaluate IV Auditors

  • Responsible for communicating with vendors regarding issues or changesin procedures and/or guidelines

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum of 2 leadership experiences emphasizing excellence, decisionmaking, coaching, supervision, quality management, production management,delegation, fostering teamwork and presentation skills.

  • High School degree or equivalent required, college degree or equivalentis preferred.

  • Default experience is required.

  • Intermediate PC skills, typing, and Microsoft Office proficiencyrequired.

  • Experience with Invoice Management, Process Management, MSP, FiServ orother mortgage servicing platforms preferred.

  • Experience with Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO and Property Preservationpreferred

  • Demonstrated proficiency interacting professionally as well as abilityto communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • Understand basic principles of supervising or managing a team and handlewith minimum supervision.

  • Good analytical skills.


Workingconditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and beproductive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekendhours as needed for successful job performance. Travel is required.
