Columbus Engine Center Aftermarket Finance is currently seeking an invoicing analyst to support our overhaul business which will generate 300 engine shipments annually by 2019. This position will primarily support the GTF product line and will be responsible for generating invoices in support of the engine overhaul process. Individual will possess initiative for continuous improvement and attention to detail as we work to improve invoicing accuracy and turnaround time. The principle duty of this position is to investigate, analyze, and prepare invoices and financial information that meets GAAP and aligns with Company controls and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will perform invoicing in accordance with our customer contracts

  • You will analyze monthly Sales and cost of goods sold on GTF shipments

  • Understand hourly labor clocking on GTF engines to ensure alignment with overall contract goal

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years experience in accounting or invoicing
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts

Preferred qualifications:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance

  • GAAP and UTC accounting policy

  • Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Time management skills

  • Analytical skills

  • MS Office and SAP
