The Investor Relations Senior Analyst, reporting to the VP of Investor Relations, is a great position for an early career professional who wants hands on training, responsibility, and exposure to the retail real estate industry and Investor Relations at one of the nation's largest REITs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with and support the Investor Relations and Executive teams in executing on the investor relations program, strategy, and outreach efforts
Provides analytical and some administrative support for the Investor Relations team including:
Monitoring investment research, industry, and retailer news
Assist with analyst outreach including tracking analyst reports and estimates
Manages meeting set-up, logistics, and follow-up for all non-deal roadshows, conferences, and investor outreach efforts and events, including quarterly conference calls and property tours
Portfolio level analysis including: tenant sales analysis, leasing statistics, retailer research, bankruptcy / store closing analysis, market area and demographic analysis, etc.
Responsible for preparation of collateral materials for property tours
Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual earnings and other disclosure materials
Assist with ongoing and ad hoc financial and operating analysis for both Company and peer set
Responsible for day-to-day oversight of the Investor Relations portion of website
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree; Investor Relations experience strongly preferred
Strong Excel skills are a must; proficient in Power Point
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong research and analytic skills
Well organized, accurate, and thorough; Able to produce error-free documentation, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be a self starter
A drive to learn and grow and be a meaningful contributor to a small and impactful team
A team player with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

The base salary range for this position has been established at $85,000 - $90,000, plus participation in our annual cash bonus plan. This salary range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
