Fast-paced real estate investment company seeks an energetic, detail-oriented Investor Relations Communications Coordinator to join its Investor Relations Team. The primary responsibility for this role is to oversee the production of quarterly investor communications for over 150 real estate investment funds. The candidate must be an excellent writer with the ability to communicate financial and real estate industry specific information, as well as technologically savvy!

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Produces, writes and edits content for investor print communications and digital platforms.

  • Maintains and updates files, spreadsheets and logs with current data.

  • Distributes files, and logs, as required.

  • Communicates with various departments and other third parties to gather and provide information to assemble and prepare reports and documents.

  • Coordinates production of investor communications with third party vendors.

  • Updates various digital platforms with current communications.

  • Prepares and/or edits investor relations presentations, manuals and reports.

    Skills:
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.

  • Strong organizational, project and time management skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and adhere to deadlines with an impeccable attention to detail.

  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

This position prefers a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Journalism or related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent professional knowledge and/or work experience.

  • Experience in marketing, preferably in a real estate, finance or investment industries is preferred.

  • Content creation experience is preferred.

INTERNSHIP SUMMARY We value our interns at MTC and are excited to provide them with an opportunity to develop their professional skills while obtaining hands on practical experience in the financial services/custody industry. This is a paid program geared toward college students, recent college graduates, and those individuals pursuing a Masters degree. RESPONSIBILITIES * Gain an understanding of the Companys Value Proposition and the service we provide to our clients * Gain an understanding of the department objectives and their impact on the business and client * Gain an understanding of our Company Values and how they are integrated into the foundation of operations and performance at Millennium Trust * Help the Real Estate Team with various projects including reviewing lease agreements, property management agreements, and updating tax due dates * Help the Pre-Custody Team with various projects including reviewing assets and sponsors within our database to ensure the most up to date contact information and data.
