Job Description
Investment Services Digital -Associate Product Manager, Client Digital Platform
U.S. Bank (NYSE: USB) is seeking a motivated financial and technology professional to help support innovative solutions for corporate clients on rapidly expanding digital platform.
U.S. Bank is dedicated to creating a simple, modern and fast digital experience with a laser focus on the data and tools clients really need. To do that, the bank needs an associate product manager to drive support on rapidly growing digital platform built for Corporate Trust, Custody, and Fund Services clients. The associate product manager is accountable for building support tools and processes for a cross-functional team and influencing the launch and adoption of the digital platform. A broad knowledge base that spans across finance and technology married with strong communication skills is needed to help us take a great product to another level.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain Investment Services Digital production support platform
Oversee new production support capabilities from initial concept through launch, including conducting competitive reviews, defining capabilities and related processes
Collaborate with business line stakeholders, designers, and engineers, to define product support roadmap.
Actively stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
At least 3 years of experience as a decision-maker/owner on FinTech projects
Strong understanding of custody, hedge funds, 40 Act funds, structured products (ABS, MBS, CDO/CLO), loans, and bonds
Ability to successfully partner with cross-functional teams made up of business line stakeholders, user experience, technology, operations, customer service, risk management, legal/compliance and data teams
Proven collaborator and team player with strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strategic thinker and problem-solver with a positive, action-oriented drive
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exposure to scrum methodology and working in challenging, competitive environment
