The Role
Do you want to be part of a growing Wealth Management Technology team that's developing and delivering solutions to meet the expanding performance and analytics needs of the Enterprise? We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and collaborative individual to join our team.
As a key member of the Performance Measurement & Analysis (PMA) product area, the Investment Performance Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the technical implementation of performance capabilities, shaping the future of our product roadmap, and maximizing the value of our platform across the enterprise. You will partner closely with asset management, Fidelity's distribution channels, and the broader organization to deliver a diverse range of investment performance and analytics capabilities to meet the needs of retail, intermediary, and Institutional Clients:
Core Responsibilities Include:
Partnering with product, asset management, software development and other key stakeholders to drive requirements definition and technical implementation of performance and analytics capabilities
Continuously monitor industry best practices and the regulatory landscape, evaluating impact on performance capabilities and defining related changes to methodology and oversight/controls
Documenting policies and procedures covering business support and oversight of performance calculations and processes
Engaging in research and analysis to inform product area strategy, vision and capability roadmap
Providing product management support and driving resolution of issues, business risks and client inquiries
Identifying opportunities to maximize value of the performance measurement and analysis platform across the enterprise.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelors or equivalent with 3-5 years of progressive financial services, experience in investment performance measurement, reporting, and analysis preferred
Interest in pursuing the CIPM certification
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand and resolve complex problems
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to contribute to multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work collaboratively, to interact and build strong working relationships within the team and with key partners and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to audiences ranging from software engineers to business executives
Knowledge of managed accounts processes, data and industry practices a plus
The Team
The Performance Measurement & Analysis product area is part of Fidelity's Institutional Technology organization. We are responsible for a proprietary, enterprise-scale investment performance platform and contribute to several of Fidelity's rapidly growing business areas. We partner closely with investment product and digital experience teams focused on offerings for both institutional and retail clients.

At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we're calling "Dynamic Working". Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity work location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks.
