Investment Operations Analyst - Evercore Wealth Management

Evercore Wealth Management, LLC is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Operations Analyst who will provide trade, operations and administrative support to the Investment Team with a primary focus on Fixed Income.

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

The Investment Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing trade and operations support, as well as general support to Fixed Income Portfolio Managers and other investment professionals. This position will support all aspects of investment and portfolio activities, which include preparing client presentation materials, various client reports, performance reports, monitoring and reconciling client accounts, and overseeing asset movement and trade settlement.

Such tasks include:

• Inputting Fixed Income trades (e.g., Cash, Munis, Corporates) into the trading platform

• Setting up new assets in various systems

• Resolving trade issues with brokers and custodians

• Monitoring and resolving trade and account issues

• Preparing and sending trade notifications to outside custodians

• Organizing trade confirmations

• Managing trade restrictions

• Preparing presentation materials, client reports, performance reports, Investment Policy Statements, and Relationship Review reports

• Reconciling accounts and processing exceptions

• Monitoring asset movement and trade settlements

• Researching and responding to client inquiries

• Preparing materials for meetings and maintaining meeting minutes

• Providing phone coverage and general administrative support to Portfolio Managers

• Addressing other ad-hoc operational issues as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 1-5 Years Work Experience, ideally in Investment Operations

• Knowledge of, or exposure to the financial industry

• Strong Time-Management, Organizational and Communication Skills/Attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently, but also able to work in a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Advent APX/Moxy, CRM, Bloomberg, or Adobe, a plus

Expected base salary range: $70,000-$90,000.
