The Investment operation associate position is part of the Investment Department of TI Platform Management LLC & Trusted Insight Inc. The new hire will work closely with the Managing Director, Portfolio Managers, Investment team, Investor Relations, Executive Assistant, and event team to assist in day-to day operation of the investment process and producing Trusted Insights Annual Conference. The day-to-day duties as well as the scope of responsibility for this position are listed below.

  • Work in partnership with the executive team to provide seamless support to the organization
  • Work in partnership with the executive assistant, the investor relations team, the investment team, and events team to coordinate, set up meetings and conduct required follow-ups to keep projects on track
  • Manage cross functional projects across all teams in order to ensure that everyone meets deadlines
  • These tasks may include, but are not limited to, key records maintenance, compiling data for reports, administrative tasks associated with the budget process, scheduling executive appointments and meetings, preparing expense reports, preparing/editing executive presentations, making travel arrangements, mentoring/leading the general administrative staff of the department/division, and other established general administrative requirements of the organization
  • Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for leadership
  • Assist executive team in execution of special cross-departmental projects
  • Organize and manage morning meetings, off sites and team-based social events
  • Responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for members of the executive team
  • Responsibilities include performing various tasks in administrative support at the upper executive level
  • Assist the investor relations and investment team with leads generation, event coordination, and annual conference production
  • Assist with event logistics including venue selection, vendor managements, and keeping to a budget
  • Assist with sales and conference team on Trusted Insight 2019 Summit (annual conference) including tracking conference attendees and sponsorships
  • Coordinate administrative work within the department, working in conjunction with other departments and companies


Education and
Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of general client services experience

  • Advanced general administrative skills/knowledge required at an upper executive level
  • Ability to work with multiple issues/projects and has the experience/ability to support multiple project administrative requirements
  • First-class project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal guidance
  • Excellent research, writing skills, and customer services skilled
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Ability to learn new software skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Well-organized; proven ability to multitask
  • A collaborative mindset combined with clear sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Ability to develop industry relevant material in a timely manner
