Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for building out a thought leadership program to showcase macro, market and investment insights across all asset classes. The role will be responsible for defining a content strategy to support this effort.

This position will partner closely with subject matter experts across all asset classes to build timely and differentiated content that will be disseminated through multiple channels and mediums. Partner with business leaders and/or team members across Principal to develop content and solutions in alignment with the strategic objective of the business. The role will be responsible for helping to expand brand awareness and building greater awareness of PGI's investment capabilities globally.

Success in this position requires a strong business focus, client orientation and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment. Must be able to manage expectations, attend to details, handle multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.

Must be comfortable providing consultation and direction to individuals at varying levels within the organization. Must be able to explain complex information to individuals with varying degrees of understanding of the topics at hand.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years of related experience required. (MBA is preferred)

  • Previous experience with an asset management firm or similar field is highly preferred.

  • Investment knowledge across all asset classes is highly preferred.

  • Deep experience developing investment related marketing content is highly preferred.

  • Previous experience working with various digital/social media platforms and/or advertisement is required.

  • Demonstrating experience implementing effective marketing initiatives and plans is required.
