As the Program Manager, you will coordinate and direct project team efforts toward realization of marketing strategies, objectives and communications. In partnership with the Marketing Manager, you will control all execution activities and directs team members involved in the project life cycle including resource planning, design, development, implementation, and completion of the project. You will maintain an efficient process for all marketing/business communications and collateral updates, resulting in a compliant environment as well as the attainment of measurable business goals driving market awareness of Lincoln's products and/or services for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Manages the planning, coordination, resources, and timing of project team activities to deliver marketing communications and supporting collateral, with a focus on product and investment communications.
Compiles and maintains project management information. Analyses and reports progress of the projects regarding timing, resources, and risks. Recommends corrective measures when appropriate to ensure efficient execution.
Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Implements components of marketing plans, in collaboration with marketing and campaign management, which are driven by assigned area(s) of responsibility's business goals.
Creates business communications and marketing collateral, in collaboration with Marketing Manager, that support consistent enterprise core messaging and business goals for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Ensures marketing collateral and communications are accurate, consistent in terms of style, quality tone of voice, and which may optimize market awareness of Lincoln's products and/or services.
Builds relationships and partners with internal resources such as editorial, design, legal, compliance, and digital to develop marketing communications and materials.
Reviews performance metrics that track and assess the effectiveness of assigned marketing plan components to management and/or appropriate internal stakeholders.
Coordinates and/or participates in all assigned marketing projects.
Utilizes resources to ensure marketing communications and collateral are compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements and is consistent with Lincoln editorial and branding standards
Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects
Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality
Remains current in profession and industry trends.

4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
3 - 5+ Years' experience in marketing, product/investment communications or project management that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
