Work as an integral part of an Investment Banking Team, executing financial analysis, valuation work, strategic financial research, complex modeling for preparation of materials used in client presentations or transactions under the direction of more experienced personnel. Foster client relationships, participates in client meetings, and may supervise the work of junior positions, as well as have input on due diligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Work as the integral part of the Investment Banking Team in executing all facets of the deal process.
2.Conduct financial analysis and valuation work.3
. Conduct strategic and financial research.
4.Prepare complex financial modeling.
5.Prepare materials used in the sale, acquisition and/or financing of our clients.
6.Prepare investment memoranda and management presentations.
7.Foster relationships with existing and potential clients in order to generate new business.
8.Participate in pitches and management presentation meetings.
9.Effectively manage people and projects.
Required Skills and Competencies:

1.Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and related training
2.Three years of work experience with a quantitative background
3.Must complete Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series 79 or equivalent and 63 licenses
4.Excellent analytical, quantitative and research skills
5.Strong teamwork and personal productivity skills in a fast paced, high pressure environment
6.Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision7
. Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating confidence, maturity and social skills required to actively participate in developing and maintaining productive relationships with corporate executives.
8.Superb verbal, written and presentation skills
9.Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
10. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
1.Previous experience in accounting, finance, or investment banking
3.Juris Doctorate, Chartered Financial Analyst, and/or Certified Public Accounting designation
