General Summary and Purpose:

Munder Capital (an investment franchise of Victory Capital) is looking for an Investment Analyst to support our Mid-Cap Growth and Multi-Cap Growth Equity teams. You will provide research on public equities that fit our investment criteria and make stock recommendations to Portfolio Managers.

You will report to the Sr. Portfolio Manager.

You Will:

• Provide investment research, analysis, and recommendations to portfolio managers.

• Analyze company competitive positioning and the sustainability of competitive advantages.

• Conduct meetings with company management, suppliers, industry experts, and sell-side research analysts.

• Monitor company performance versus expectations using financial models and industry data points.

• Identify opportunities by analyzing industry trends, themes, and new market entrants.

• Prepare detailed internal investment memos as well as external reports for public presentation.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field.

• 3+ years of experience in financial and business analysis, equity research, or related roles.

• Detailed knowledge of financial services platforms such as FactSet, Bloomberg, etc.

• Experience with data modeling software and building financial models in Excel.

• Ability to develop and present financial reports and investment memos.
