Work directly with Broker in property valuation by underwriting and analyzing the client's quantitative property data
Prepare various acquisition and disposition financial models, including cash flow analysis, zero cash flow financing pro formas, internal rate of return (IRR) projections and associated sensitivity analyses
Prepare disposition proposals and offering memoranda for new or existing assignments in conjunction with the marketing team and upper management
Abstract legal documents and other materials in the initial and closing due diligence process
Perform real estate market and location specific research
Maintain, update and create financial models on an ad hoc basis relating to various client needs
Generate and maintain leads
Assess and summarize Tenant credit and financial statements
Track comparable property sales, available properties and lease rates
Must obtain a real estate salesperson license within the first 6-9 months of employment
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or closely related field
