All applicants must be U.S. citizens and are subject to a thorough background inquiry.
1.Experience with evaluating polygraph investigative techniques and methods to be utilized during examination and prepares complete, concise investigative reports of all exams conducted.
2.Experience with conducting a full range of polygraph security screening examinations to Agency personnel in critical intelligence positions and to personnel from other supported DOD, IC, and federal agencies.
3.Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives.
4.Approves interview plans and ensures that source interactions are aligned with customer requirements.
5.Integrates and oversees security investigations, counterintelligence inquiries, referred CI-scope polygraph and other screening examinations to identify and neutralize insider threats.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1.Graduate of National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA).
2.Experience utilizing foreign language interpreters.
3.Experience interrogating and securing admissions/confessions.
