The Investigative Analyst will support Security Investigations by compiling, examining and analyzing information necessary to conduct investigations of criminal activity, official misconduct, workplace violence, threats, theft, fraud and other investigative matters.
Research, gather, analyze and interpret pertinent information from various sources concerning threats, workplace violence, theft, fraud and other investigative matters.
Prepare methodical, articulate, factual and timely reports and/or studies to advise investigators of relevant information needed for thorough investigations.
Develop process to triage tips and leads to prioritize investigations. Prepare and maintain investigative files through case management systems in collaboration with stakeholders and all enterprise investigative functions.
Collaborate with MGMRI internal and external stakeholders to deconflict on investigative matters and identify efficiencies for solutions. Analyze operations to produce recommendations that correct liabilities in alignment with compliance standards.
Monitor emerging trends by maintaining a current database on open, closed and pending investigations to mitigate risk and identify patterns of behavior directed toward the company, its employees, and guests.
Collaborate with local, federal and international law enforcement and regulatory agencies to gather and share information.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, National Security, Criminal Justice, International Studies or related field; or equivalent education and work experience.
At least (6) six years of related work experience, with two years experience working as an Investigative Analyst, Intelligence Analyst or similar position.
High-level working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management Systems. Intermediate to Advanced computer skills.

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Investigative experience with law enforcement and/or Fusion Center environment.
Working knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules.
