Investigations Officer

The Investigations Officer investigates both external and internal fraud investigations. Able to act independently to identify and complete follow-up investigative actions with minimal guidance and supervision.

Position Responsibilities:
1.Research and investigate both external and internal fraud cases with minimal to no management supervision while adhering to all departmental and regulatory standards.
2.Conduct interviews of varying levels of difficulty, with only minimal assistance being provided, of both witnesses ad subjects associated with internal investigations.
3.Accurately and thoroughly document all investigative steps in compliance with department procedures and standards and prepare well written reports.
4.Identify areas of concern and draft recommendations to address investigative findings to executive management for consideration.
5.Develop and maintain liaison relationships with business units and outside entities to include law enforcement and other financial institution fraud personnel with respect to fraud matters.
6.Participate in special projects and departmental initiatives.

About 20% travel is required of this position.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Maintenance Technician for our property in Auburn Hills, MI. The Maintenance Technician performs various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including but not limited to, HVAC repairs and adjustments, electrical outlet/lighting installations, plumbing, light carpentry/construction, and appliance troubleshooting. Works as a team participant along with the current staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS.
